Galar Pokédex No. 001–397, Isle of Armor Pokédex No.001–210, and the following Pokémon:
Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion, Rowlet, Dartrix, Decidueye, Litten, Torracat, Incineroar, Popplio, Brionne, Primarina
All Gigantamax Pokémon may be used.
Only Pokémon obtained in Pokémon Sword or Pokémon Shield (either caught, hatched from Eggs, or received as an official Mystery Gift) or those with thebattle-ready symbol are eligible.

From 3 to 6 Pokémon

All Pokémon will automatically be set to Lv. 50 during battles.

Eligible Pokémon are restricted to those that were obtained in the following games.

You cannot use any items except those that can be obtained through regular gameplay (including related functions of games released by The Pokémon Company and Nintendo) or that have been awarded as part of a public distribution or special event.

You may give your Pokémon items to hold in this competition. However, no two Pokémon that will participate in the competition can hold the same item.

Total Time: Max 20 minutes
Your Time: Max 7 minutes

Selection Time: Each Trainer gets 90 seconds to select Pokémon.

Turn Time: Each Trainer gets 45 seconds to select an action each turn.
