About Pokémon
Eligible Pokémon
Galar Pokédex No. 001–397 and the following Pokémon:
Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Venusaur, Squirtle, Wartortle, Blastoise, Slowpoke (Galarian Form), Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion, Rowlet, Dartrix, Decidueye, Litten, Torracat, Incineroar, Popplio, Brionne, and Primarina
Pokémon transferred from Pokémon HOME may be used as is. Galar Pokédex No. 001–397 and the following Pokémon:

About Items
You cannot use any items except those that can be obtained through regular gameplay (including related functions of games released by The Pokémon Company and Nintendo) or that have been awarded as part of a public distribution or special event.
You may give your Pokémon items to hold in this competition. However, no two Pokémon that will participate in the competition can hold the same item.
About Battles
Battle Times
Total Time: Max 10 minutes
Your Time: Max 5 minutes
Selection Time: Each Trainer gets 30 seconds to select Pokémon.
Turn Time: Each Trainer gets 10 seconds to select an action each turn.
