When selecting your Pokémon for battle, you cannot preview your opponent’s Pokémon.
About Pokémon
Eligible Pokémon
Galar Pokédex No. 001–397 and the following Pokémon:
Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Venusaur, Squirtle, Wartortle, Blastoise, Slowpoke (Galarian Form), Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion, Rowlet, Dartrix, Decidueye, Litten, Torracat, Incineroar, Popplio, Brionne, and Primarina
Pokémon transferred from Pokémon HOME may be used as is. Galar Pokédex No. 001–397 and the following Pokémon:

      • You may give your Pokémon items to hold in this competition. However, no two Pokémon that will participate in the competition can hold the same item.

      About Battles
      Battle Times
      • Total Time: Max 10 minutes
        Your Time: Max 5 minutes
      • Selection Time: Each Trainer gets 30 seconds to select Pokémon.
      • Turn Time: Each Trainer gets 10 seconds to select an action each turn.
